Event Booking

Hello Pilots,

Here you can find all necessary information regarding the Brussels Airlines promotion flight to Roma-Fiumicino.

As usual, you can book your slot (EOBT, estimated off blocks time) on the page "Flight Booking".
This flight will bring us from Brussels (EBBR) to Roma-Fiumicino (LIRF).

Booking is done by clicking the BOOK tab and enter the data required,
make sure you enter your pilot number in CAPS !!
Once you booked your flight you can write down the gate number and pushback time (slot).
When you are not able to fly, and already booked a flight, please have the decency to cancel your booking.
Simply hit the cancel tab, enter your password and the flight is open for other pilots.

If your parking spot isn't free, take one that is not registered in our booking system !
